All items are made in-house and made-to-order. Some items are made from pre-existing or hand-processed materials which may show slight signs of wear or variation. Any such discrepancies are considered unique characteristics of the materials used. Please email info@kristinmallison.com prior to purchasing an item with any questions you may have. All sales are final.

EXCHANGES & REPAIRS
Should you receive an item you believe is defective or damaged, an email with photo documentation must be sent to info@kristinmallison.com no later than 2 days from delivery. Please consider our product information above carefully. We reserve the right to deny requests for exchange or repair. No returns accepted.
