All international orders are non-refundable. Below return policy will be honored for domestic purchases within the U.S. only. We apologize for the inconvenience.
**Please note for all international orders: You may be required to pay an import tax or duty (for example value added tax, VAT) imposed by the operation of law that is in addition to the item & shipping price. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate of the charges - this may differ by country.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be asked to attach photos of the garment front, back & inside to confirm condition of item. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer is required to pay return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges - only returns. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
